What started as a personal practice soon evolved into a calling. In 2023, Krystal became a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and has continued to expand her education through ongoing training and transformative experiences.
Her passion for creating meaningful connections through movement has led her to lead classes at retreats, expos, and festivals across the province, as well as at a week-long transformational retreat in the U.S., where she served as the yoga(ish) leader. She offers both in-person classes from her home studio and virtual sessions for those looking to practice from the comfort of their own space.
Krystal is the creator of Yoga(ish) — a unique blend of yoga infused with authenticity, humor, and real-life relatability. She believes yoga(ish) isn’t about perfection or performance, but about finding presence, release, and joy on and off the mat.
Outside of teaching, Krystal loves to craft and create. Depending on the season, she’s often found crocheting cozy pieces or designing projects with her vinyl cutter. Though she never considered herself a “fitness person,” she fell in love with the way yoga makes her feel

Lori Bradford
Lori Bradford Art Therapy Practitioner and Creative Wanderer.
I’m so grateful to be able to share space with you at the Sacred Women Festival.
I’ve explored and taught just about every form of art you can imagine, following curiosity, intuition, and what feels healing. Creativity has been my companion, my teacher, and most often my guide back to myself.
I combine gentle art-making with mindful awareness, helping people connect with color, shape, and movement. I believe we all carry creativity within us—stories, emotions, energies —waiting to be drawn out, honored, and seen.
I’ll be guiding you through a quiet, intuitive drawing, where the process matters far more than the product. There’s no right or wrong —just your breath, your body, and whatever wants to flow from your hand.
Let’s explore and create together.
Sacred Lines: A Meditative Drawing Journey
Step into a creative space where drawing becomes a spiritual practice.
In this meditative art session, we will explore a gentle drawing method that uses lines and marks to connect with inner peace and open your creativity.
You will learn to follow the movement of your hand as it responds to your thoughts, emotions, and energy. Each line becomes a conversation — a way of listening and discovering what wants to be revealed.
No artistic skill is needed — this practice is about presence, permission, and connection rather than perfection. Come with an open heart, and allow your lines to guide you back to yourself.

Greedy for Gratitude; Gratitude Ceremony
Join me for an immersive experience centered on discovering what truly matters to you. Rather
than settling for surface-level gratitude, we will explore ways to dig deeper and forge meaningful
connections with the people, events, and things in your life. This session encourages you to be
unapologetic about your needs and to fully embrace the advantages of adopting gratitude as a
daily practice.
We invite you to approach gratitude with enthusiasm—be eager, desirous, and even a little
greedy for its benefits. This is an opportunity to covet gratitude, to pursue it voraciously and
wholeheartedly. Guided by the book One Drum by Richard Wagamese, we will embrace
moments of silence, cherish gratitude, and participate in the ritual of tying tobacco ties as a form
of reflection and connection.

HI, I'M ELISABETH, FOUNDER OF FRUITFUL WOMB DOULA SERVICES
I'm a holistic doula and women's health coach supporting women over 30+ as they learn all the elements of their body and how to better love themselves.
AKA. I teach you more about your body than the sex-ed class from grade 10 - or what your doc shares with you when you visit the OBGYN.
Who am I beyond business?
I'm a preschool teacher, and an extroverted homesteader, enjoying the simplistic things of nature in Saskatchewan Canada. I love dramatic and romantic TV shows (and I'm a huge fan of ham and cheese ciabatta rolls)
Holistic Self-Care for the Modern Woman
Take a walk into your daily harvest, a gentle space to reconnect with your body through daily ritual promoting self-care and self-love.
This workshop is designed for the modern woman who wants to take the holistic practices you've learned and finally weave them into your every-day life.
Some ways this could help you is by taking a look at how nourishment, and rest can ground you even in a busy season.
You'll learn to create daily rituals that focus on a whole-body approach through simple practices, herbal baths, teas, journaling and womb massage.
Together you'll learn to reclaim your time and energy into putting yourself first. Which we are going to take a deep dive into creating a ritual map (even if its the little things).
Leave with a full heart, and hopefully new insight to feel grounded, all year long.
The Flow Reclaimed: Herbs & Hormones
with Anna Veldhouen
This isn’t just another boring self-care talk, it's actually a journey back to yourself. In this immersive workshop, we’ll explore how your hormones and cycle shape your mood, energy, and cravings, and how to work with them instead of against them using herbs for your hormones. In this one hour session we will discuss
7 hidden truths about the uterus they don’t teach us in school, in science, or in society
the four phases of your cycle and the gifts within each
how to nourish your body through shifting hormones
how to track your cycle with technology and paper journaling
Give you ways to align your meals, herbs, and rituals with natural rhythm
Then we are going to create a cycle living calendar for the balance you need. If time allows we will even speak on specific times in our cycle like menopause, or even imbalances like Endo, PCOs, etc... Through holistic wisdom and modern insight we'll create or design daily rituals to support a whole-body approach.
Are you ready to reclaim your hormone flow through herbal wisdom?

Reclaiming Our Food: Meat Rabbits
Hello, I’m Anna. I am a mother, wife, herbalist, homesteader, hunter and homemaker. I have a passion for natural health and the outdoors.
I make almost all my families meals from scratch and that includes harvesting our own meat. In 2024, my husband gifted me a book about raising meat rabbits. After reading that book, a new passion was found. I instantly started setting up my own rabbitry.
Our family values having meat in our diet and ethical meat is a must for us. Consumerism in the animal industry has led to animals being confined in small spaces, prevented from acting out natural instincts, lack of appreciation, and over use of antibiotics and vaccines. I won’t settle for survival, I always want my animals to thrive.
Join me while I explain the care that goes into raising meat rabbits. The easiest meat source for beginner and busy homesteaders. I will discuss colony raising, different breeds, mating, nourishment, letting them act out natural instincts and ethical processing.

Moon Wisdom & Feminine Leadership: Dismantling the inner Patriarchy
Discover why women have always been connected to the Moon. In a world shaped by patriarchal “go-go-go” solar energy, many of us were taught to ignore our natural rhythms, especially the cyclical wisdom of menstruation. But our bodies reset every ~28 days, moving through phases that mirror the Moon and the seasons.
At the festival, we’ll return to an ancient way of being, one that honours our ebb and flow, our creativity, our rest, and our power. Each moon phase reflects a feminine archetype, and together we’ll explore the four main ones: Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman and Crone. Come reconnect with the rhythm your body already knows.
Unleash Your Inner Wild Woman: Tapping into your Intuition and Trusting your Inner Wisdom
A sacred women’s circle to reconnect with the untamed, unapologetic part of you: your inner Lilith. The one who refuses to shrink, who cannot be tamed, and who rises even when the world asks her to stay small. Together, we’ll tap into intuition, deepen trust in our inner wisdom, and reclaim the fierce, free, sovereign feminine that has always lived within you.
