Healing the Sisterhood Through Truth, Reflection & Real Connection.

The mirror is one of the greatest teachers in sisterhood.

Not because other women are here to expose our flaws, but because relationships reveal the parts of ourselves still asking to be seen, healed, loved, expressed, protected, or owned.

Sometimes another woman mirrors our power, our wounds, our jealousy, our softness, our abandonment, our voice, our shutdown, our unmet needs, our medicine.

The Sacred Sisters Mirror Circle is about learning how to stay present with what gets activated inside of us… instead of running, blaming, collapsing, competing, gossiping, or abandoning ourselves and each other.

 

This is a space where women learn:

- honesty without cruelty
- accountability without shame
- support without rescuing
- truth without performance
- sisterhood without bypassing

Because healing the sisterhood is not about pretending everything is love and light. It’s about learning how to sit in discomfort, speak truth & hear truth. It's also about repairing, reflecting, even sitting in discomfort sometimes but ultimately, grow together.

SCHEDULE:
Week 1: Truth with Self
Week 2: Triggers + Responsibility
Week 3: Speaking + Hearing the Hard Things
Week 4: Repair, Integration, Sisterhood in Practice
 

Each 60 min. sessions include:

Grounding / Breath / Voice 

Embodiment Dance to land into the body
Teaching theme
Guided Meditation in the Field where you are supported energetically.
Group sharing
Real-time coaching / witnessing
Energy Clearing + Activation
Chanting for deepening the Integration
